Taal 2024 – Culture for Cause

Taal by Bengal Foundation Australia (BFA) is a unique initiative to celebrate culture for supporting a benevolent cause.  

This year, we are celebrating the UNESCO World Day for Cultural Diversity for Dialogue and Development by creating an innovative multicultural exchange, where our local performing art groups will showcase their heritage and talents all under the same roof. 

Taal anticipates drawing in a wide range of viewers from various multicultural communities in Western Sydney, including those from China, India and Bangladesh, residing in Australia. The captivating line-up of performances will consist of a traditional Chinese dance blending with contemporary flair, an ethnic dance embracing rhythms around the world, a local band performance enchanting the audience with an exquisite selection of folk songs from the subcontinent and heaps of other enthralling performances connecting Australia to its multicultural roots, promoting cultural integration.
